Check-in/check-out times?
Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM. If you arrive early or leave later, we can store your luggage free of charge. Enquire about late check-out availability (subject to availability).
Do you offer Day Pass?
Yes! We have Day Pass for families. Includes access to the pool, Wi-Fi and green areas. Ask about our promotions.
What are the best dates to travel without sargassum?
Sargassum is less frequent from November to April. During summer (June-August) there may be more, but daily cleaning is carried out on our nearby beaches. If you travel during peak sargassum season, we can recommend alternatives such as hotel pools or excursions to Isla Mujeres where the water is crystal clear.
What is near the hotel?
We are in the centre of Cancún, 5 minutes from Mercado 28 and 6 minutes from the "Kihuic" Market. 7 minutes from the ADO Bus Terminal, 15 minutes from the Hotel Zone. There are supermarkets, pharmacies, luxury shopping centres and authentic restaurants.
Can I do late check-in or late check-out?
Yes, check-in is not a problem. For late check-out, if your flight leaves later, you can request it at reception upon arrival. It is subject to availability and has an additional cost. We can also store your luggage free of charge.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, we have private transfer service at an additional cost or if you prefer you can use the ADO bus to the terminal (economical and safe). We will help you coordinate whatever you prefer.
What is the weather like in Cancún? Is it safe?
The climate is warm tropical all year round (25-32°C). The rainy season is from June to October, but they tend to be short showers. Cancún is very safe for tourists; the centre and hotel zone have a strong police presence. We recommend the same precautions as in any large city.
