It represents Xbalamqué — the night and the moon — guarded by two owls and an imposing black jaguar. Its 12 blocks narrate the triumph of light over the underworld.

What are the check-in/check-out times?
Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM. If you arrive early or leave late, we can store your luggage at no cost.
Do you offer a Day Pass?

What are the best dates to travel without sargassum?
Sargassum is less frequent from November to April. During the summer (June-August) there may be more, but our nearby beaches are cleaned daily.
What is near the hotel?
We are in downtown Cancun, 5 minutes from Mercado 28 and 6 minutes from Mercado "Kihuic". 7 minutes from the ADO Bus Terminal, 15 minutes from the Hotel Zone.
Can I do a late check-in or late check-out?
Yes, check-in is no problem. For late check-out, if your flight leaves later, you can request it at reception upon arrival.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, we have private transfer service at an additional cost, or if you prefer, you can use the ADO bus to the terminal.
What is the weather like in Cancun? Is it safe?
The weather is tropical warm all year round (25-32°C). The rainy season is from June to October, but they are usually short showers.
